Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are intended to stipulate the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the company and users in relation to the use of services provided by the company.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows.

  • "Service" means the TalkJangbu application.
  • "User" means a person who uses the TalkJangbu application in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Article 3 (Provision and Change of Services)

The company provides the following services to users.

  • Budget management and spending analysis and advice

The company may change the contents and methods of providing services, and will notify users in advance when making changes.

Article 4 (User's Obligations)

Users shall not engage in the following acts.

  • Abnormal use of the service

Article 5 (Company's Obligations)

The company does not engage in acts that are prohibited by relevant laws and these terms and conditions or that are contrary to public morals, and does its best to provide services continuously and stably.

Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)

The company complies with relevant laws to protect users' personal information.

Article 7 (Contract Termination and Service Usage Restrictions)

If a user falls under any of the following reasons, the company may terminate the usage agreement or restrict service usage without prior notice.

  • When the user violates these terms and conditions
  • When the company deems it necessary based on reasonable judgment

Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)

The company is exempt from liability for service provision in cases where services cannot be provided due to natural disasters, wars, or other force majeure.

Article 9 (Dispute Resolution)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions or interpretations thereof shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.

Article 10 (Subscription Policy)

Subscription services provided by this service follow the following policies. Subscription services on the iOS platform follow Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). For detailed information, please refer to https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

Subscription services on the Android platform follow Google Play's billing system and subscription policies. Subscription services support auto-renewing and prepaid plans. Grace periods and account hold periods apply in case of payment failures, and policies for subscription cancellation, refunds, and revocations follow Google Play developer policies.

Users can manage their subscriptions through each platform's subscription management center.

  • iOS users can manage subscriptions through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • Android users can manage them through Google Play Store > Subscriptions
